"one of THOSE nights..."

Yeah, it's 11:30 on Monday night and for some reason, I just can't fall asleep. I've been laying in bed for the past hour in a half and nothing-I'm just wide awake. I don't really like that. So the whole time I've been thinking about some stuff...interested? Well I will share:
-our lives really start to happen soon, like after graduation into college, that's when our lives really begin...in my own opinion of course.
-how come there is always irony? Like when you want something you can't have it but when you can have it, there is always something better...never quite satisfied.
-why are most of my friendships conditional day to day. I don't understand. Some days with some people they are good and other days not so much. hmmm
-Is everything really about competition? Grades, sports, looks, personalities...everyone wants to be the best or atleast be admired for some reason...why aren't we ever satisfied?
-I have found it is not worth it to sweat the small things in life because they are rather pointless. Why hold grudges? What does it really solve? But more so, why not be more open and kind to others-what bad could come of that?
-Trust. How come it takes so long to build up trust with someone but can be completely destroyed in seconds? It is quite unfortunate.
-I'll admit this one: I am relationship-challenged. I never know completely what I want. It varies day by day. It really bites. I don't mean to be so confusing but I can't help it. I guess I'm just still figuring out what I want. Ohhhh it's pointless at the moment.
-This is random but one of my favorite things is driving in my car, alone, listening to whatever music I am in the mood for...singing at the top of my lungs and making a complete fool of myself of course.
-Compliments. They really do get you far.
-oooo, another one of my favorite things: getting butterflies...or maybe excitement or anticipation of something. Love it!!
I apologize for all this, I guess I am tired because this is all very random. I'm going to try going to sleep now for the second time. Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite :)

LAGUNA DAY on Friday!!! How sweet is that? I am pretty darn pumped...it is going to be a day full of hottness! :)

I choked on a mint today in study hall, near death experience...well not really, but it sounds good atleast. Although it did hurt!

So on Friday Britt, Justin, and I went to Emily's soccer game where we met Jordan and Behmer there...we all decided that we were all too stupid to carry on a conversation. You would have had to be there. It is funny. Then all of us went down to WLC to see this so-called hilarious comedian- no not so much...he was pretty lame. So we all just chilled in their dorm room for awhile...good times.

Brittany and I went rock climbing this weekend, it was amazing!! Brittany is a pro at it since it was her second time going, I on the other hand wasn't the greatest at it, but I tried. My arms and legs were dead tired but it was worth it for sure. We are going again for sure. Of course the cute guys that work there are always a plus!! :) ooooh yeah

Courtney is pregnant again!!! :) About two months along now. She's had two miscarraiges since Doug so hopefully this one will make it. Keep her in your prayers.

My family booked a trip for next year...cruise to San Juan, St. Thomas, Barbados, and Aruba...I am phsyced! Sarah and I are sharing a room-here comes trouble!!!!

Well the reality of college is starting to set in now with everyone sending in their applications, people getting excepted, narrowing it all down. It's so wierd to think about...like Steph said (woops, sorry *Stephanie) if you would look back a year ago our lives were pretty much the same but if you look a year ahead from now our lives will be completely changed...excited or scary? Personally, I am excited!! I can't wait to get out and away...something new please!! Far away? Even better! Yay, only 3 more quarters left till we graduate...my mom is having me make a list of people to invite to graduation already so we can order invitations. man oh man!

1. When I'm driving I absolutely MUST have some kind of air blowing on me whether it be with the windows down or the air or heat...it also MUST be the perfect temperature. Sometimes I have both the air on and the windows down. I don't know why, I just NEED that when I drive.

2. I am like Ali on this one, I absolutely need a tank top under everything I wear otherwise I just don't feel right.

3. I am a very organized person which can drive other people crazy. I color code my closet down to the shade of a certain color. I tried doing the length of sleeves but that mested up the shades of colors so now I stick to the shades. This calms me. lol

4. I am very anal retentive about being on time, I get this from my dad. I get very hostile when other people make me late or when I am just running late. I pretty much have to be on time right down to the minute...it's pathetic.

5. I can't eat cereal with a normal sized spoon. It must be bigger than normal otherwise it just doesn't taste as good. I like it big lmao.

Anyways, I just got back from Six Flags with Ali, Steph, and Emily (plus David and Alex haha) it was much fun and not crowded at all, I wish more people could have come though. (Emily will hopefully post the pictures) Raging Bull is by far the best ride there, especially in the front row!! I'm hoping to go again during Fright Fest and we want to get a ton of people to go, so if you're interested make sure you let someone know! :)

So yeah, school has started...again. It seriously feels like there was never a summer which is real sad. But the good thing is that we are SENIORS!!! Only this one year left and I really think that it is going to be a blast because, well, it is senior year!! Great friends and easy classes is a wonderful mixture! :)

Well now that I finally posted I am going to get going because I am tired and have yet to start on some homework...have a wonderful week! :)
